Warranty Details

Warranty Period:

  • Our products come with a 30-day warranty, starting from the date of purchase.

What the Warranty covers:

  • The warranty covers exclusively manufacturing defects and material problems encountered under normal conditions of use.

What the Warranty does not cover on game consoles:

  • The warranty does not apply to the micro SD card and battery supplied with the console.
  • Data loss, malfunctions, or damage related to the micro SD card are not covered.
  • Damage due to misuse, accident, or unauthorized modification of the items is excluded from this warranty.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with legal provisions, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. The right of withdrawal applies to the entire product.
  2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email at storeliontech@gmail.com to inform us of your decision.
  3. Items must be returned in good condition, with all accessories and in their original packaging. They must not have been removed from the packaging.

Refund/Exchange:

  • Once the item(s) have been received and inspected, we will either issue a full refund for your purchase or resend it according to the terms provided by law and the customer's choice.
